Orders
- Orders may be made by ISBN, title, and publisher. Please note if we may substitute a different publisher when a title is OSI or OP.
- Please indicate whether or not you accept backorders. We will backorder automatically unless instructed otherwise.
- Orders, for discount purposes, can be submitted on multiple POs, but must be submitted jointly and identified as comprising a single order.
- If backorders reduce the total shipped, discounts will not be affected. All backorders will be shipped at the original discount.
- Orders that stipulate "no backorders" will receive a discount based on the actual number of copies shipped.
- Please be sure to supply complete billing and shipping instructions on each purchase order.
- We regret that we cannot furnish desk copies.
