ORDERS

• Orders may be made by ISBN, title and publisher. Please note if we may substitute a different publisher when a title is OSI or OP.
• Please indicate whether or not you accept back orders. We will backorder automatically unless instructed otherwise.
•  Orders, for discount purposes, can be submitted on multiple PO’s, but must be submitted jointly and identified as comprising a single order.
• If back orders reduce the total shipped, discounts will not be affected. All backorders will be shipped at the original discount.
• Orders that stipulate “no backorders” will receive a discount based on the actual numbers of copies shipped.
• Please be sure to supply complete billing and shipping instructions on each purchase order.
• We regret that we can not furnish desk copies.

RETURNS

• All books returned must be full copies and in resalable condition.
• Returns must be accompanied by a copy of original packing slip, or information giving date of purchase, and invoice numbers.
• Returns must be made within 12 months of the date on the invoice, and returned at customer’s expense.
• Returns exceeding 20% of purchases will be subject to an 8% overstock fee.
• No cash refunds, credit balances must be used for future purchases
• Mark returns “ATTN. RETURNS DEPT” and ship prepaid, collect shipments will be refused.
• Non returnable books will be shipped back to customer and charged $0.50 handling fee per book plus freight charges.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

• If not completely satisfied, simply return the books, along with the original invoice for an immediate credit or replacement.
